Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Rank Paintball, Scoreboard Rank, The Hub, tournament tools, player profiles, team registration, live scoreboards, rankings, and related digital services.

By creating an account, registering a team, publishing a listing, using scoreboard sync, submitting payment information, or accessing the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use Rank Paintball services.

Digital Platform Only

Rank Paintball provides digital tools for tournament management, player registration, rosters, schedules, rankings, live scoreboard display, check-in workflows, event information, and community directory listings. Rank Paintball does not own, operate, sanction, insure, or physically manage every event, field, team, shop, service provider, or listing displayed on the platform unless specifically stated in writing.

The Hub Directory

The Hub is a community directory designed to connect players, free agents, photographers, creators, tech services, shops, brands, and other paintball-related providers. Listings may include contact information, service descriptions, social links, logos, offers, and location details submitted by users or businesses.

Rank Paintball may review, moderate, reject, remove, or verify listings to help reduce spam, abuse, false information, and potential scams. However, verification or publication on The Hub does not guarantee the identity, quality, legality, availability, safety, pricing, or reliability of any third party.

Third-Party Transactions and Scam Disclaimer

Rank Paintball is not responsible for payments, purchases, deposits, refunds, trades, sponsorships, service agreements, shipping, repairs, media packages, private team deals, or any other transaction made directly between users, teams, shops, brands, creators, technicians, organizers, or third-party providers.

Users are responsible for verifying who they are dealing with before sending money, products, equipment, personal information, or sensitive account details. Rank Paintball will make reasonable efforts to validate information and remove suspicious listings when reported, but the platform cannot guarantee that scams, fraud, misrepresentation, or disputes will never occur.

Accounts and Player Information

Users must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. Player IDs, team IDs, organizer roles, employee roles, verification status, rankings, photos, check-in records, and event history may be used to support tournament operations and platform integrity. Rank Paintball may suspend, block, restrict, or remove accounts that appear false, duplicate, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the platform or community.

Payments and Fees

Organizers may configure payment links or payment providers for team registration, player registration fees, or other event-related fees. When a payment is processed by Stripe, PayPal, or another third-party provider, that provider may apply its own terms, fees, privacy rules, dispute procedures, and processing requirements.

Rank Paintball may display payment status, transaction references, registration status, and membership expiration dates based on data received from organizers, payment providers, or platform workflows. Unless specifically stated otherwise, event refunds, fee disputes, chargebacks, and registration policies are handled by the organizer or payment provider.

Listings, Images, and Content

By uploading photos, logos, field layouts, banners, listings, or profile information, you confirm that you have the right to use and submit that content. You grant Rank Paintball permission to display that content on the platform for tournament, profile, directory, promotional, administrative, and operational purposes.

Content that is misleading, stolen, hateful, illegal, sexually explicit, abusive, impersonating another person or business, or used to defraud others may be removed without notice.

Live Scores, Schedules, and Rankings

Rank Paintball and Scoreboard Rank may display live scoreboard information, brackets, schedules, standings, rankings, match results, and tournament history. While the platform is designed for accuracy, data may be delayed, incomplete, manually entered, corrected later, or affected by device, network, organizer, staff, or scoreboard configuration issues.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to attack, disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass authentication, impersonate others, publish false information, manipulate rankings, upload malicious files, or interfere with event operations. Rank Paintball may restrict access or remove data when misuse is detected.

Limitation of Liability

Rank Paintball is provided as a digital service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rank Paintball is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or financial damages arising from use of the platform, third-party transactions, event cancellations, organizer decisions, scoring disputes, inaccurate listings, lost data, downtime, payment disputes, or user misconduct.

Changes to These Terms

Rank Paintball may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
